This is the same port as the OEM hose was removed from in step #7. Attach short end of return hose to the port on back of upper intake plenum (as shown). Attach loose end of feed hose to the side banjo fitting barb on catch can. Note: If your plenum does not have a stud in this location, please use the supplied M6-1.0 x 10mm flanged bolt to secure the bracket in place. Thread bolt from previous step back into the same mounting hole securing the catch can assembly in place. Place catch can assembly onto stud next to bolt removed in step #12. Remove the bolt securing the hardline to the back right of the upper intake plenum (circled below). Thread a bolt into each slot on catch can (as shown). Place another crush washer on the end of each bolt. Then place each bolt through a banjo fitting barb. Place a crush washer on each banjo fitting bolt. Be sure the outer screw under the access hole in the top of the bracket is accessible. Attach bracket to top of catch can using (3) M4 screws and the supplied 2.5mm Ball-End Hex Screwdriver in the same orientation as pictured below. Locate catch can, catch can backet, (3) M4 screws, and (1) 2.5mm Ball-End Hex Screwdriver. Route the hose similar to how the OEM one was just removed, under the throttle body connector toward the rear of the upper intake plenum. Attach longer side to PCV port on passenger side valve cover where OEM hose was removed in step #7, secure with hose clamp. Locate new Z1 Oil Catch Can Feed Hose (longer of the two supplied hoses). Slightly lift the plenum in order to pull the hose out of its slot (as shown). Note: The hose runs underneath the upper intake plenum near where the throttle body connects. Loosen hose clamps and remove the OEM PCV hose that runs from the passenger side valve cover to the rear of the upper intake plenum (shown in red below). Remove (8) bolts securing upper intake manifold/plenum to engine. Disconnect the connector located at the back left of the upper intake manifold/plenum (as shown). Remove (4) bolts securing throttle body to engine. Loosen clamp and remove the passenger air intake pipe from the passenger side throttle body. Remove the (6) bolts and (2) nuts securing strut tower bar to vehicle.

Place the transmission in Park position (or in Reverse gear if equipped with a manual transmission).
